Upper Cervical Treatment for chronic fatigue
Most people with CFS have tried many different types of treatment such as stress management, medication, and psychological therapy. These treatments often have mixed results. Fortunately, the body has its own innate intelligence that can make changes in the body and health itself.
Upper Cervical Chiropractic can be beneficial to CFS sufferers. As the source of this ailment is often times due to a dysfunction in the nervous system. Whenever the body experiences trauma, particularly to the spinal cord, it can interfere with the nervous system. When the nervous system is not working correctly, it can make the body more susceptible to illness.
Upper Cervical doctors seek to remove the nerve interference that prevents the body from operating optimally. The region consisting of the Atlas and Axis (first two bones of the neck) are of great importance because it affects the control of the entire body. When they are out of alignment, the joints of the upper neck can become locked and irritate the nervous system. Upper cervical chiropractors can analyze the misalignment through a digital imaging allowing for a precise, gentle adjustment is made to the patient.
By correcting the misalignment of the spine, the body’s own natural healing ability can be restored and bring relief. If you or someone you know could use help with this condition, please call and schedule appoint with our office by calling (626) 403-3000.
